Feature guide for the school & academy management software

Getting started

  • •Set up your institution in a few minutes via the free trial form — no credit card required.
  • •You receive a username and password for your tenant_admin account (keep these safe).
  • •Sign in at /admin/staff-login, then access your own dashboard, isolated from other institutions.
  • •The trial lasts 14 days; you can invite your team and import your first students right away.

Student management

  • •Register: create a registration with the student’s details, the chosen pack/course and payment plan.
  • •Enrolled: search, filter and view each student’s full record (payments, attendance, notifications).
  • •School admission: track admission files separately from the regular training track.
  • •Archives: keep the history of unenrolled students without cluttering the active list.

Academic operations

  • •Programs & Classes: define your programs/packs and organize classes (teacher, days, hours, room).
  • •Timetable: view the overall schedule to avoid room or teacher conflicts.
  • •Attendance: per-class, per-session attendance sheets to track student presence.
  • •Certificates: generate completion certificates and attestations in one click.
  • •Reminders: automatic or manual notifications sent to students (payment due, upcoming session, etc.).

Finance

  • •Cash register: track student payments and disbursements, with a real-time balance.
  • •Expenses: track the institution’s expenses (rent, salaries, supplies).
  • •Receipts: generate downloadable PDF payment receipts.
  • •Online payment via SofizPay or BaridiMob directly from the dashboard.
