These terms govern access to and use of the School & Academy Management ERP ("the Service"), an online (SaaS) software that lets an institution ("the Customer" or "tenant") manage its students, teachers, classes, attendance, payments and notifications. By creating an account or starting the free trial, you fully accept these terms on behalf of your institution.
Sign-up grants a 14-day free trial, with no commitment and no credit card required. Once the trial ends, dashboard access may be suspended until a paid plan is activated. No data is deleted during this suspension — it becomes accessible again as soon as a plan is subscribed to.
After the trial, use of the Service is subject to a paid subscription whose price and number of seats (staff accounts) are shown at sign-up. Payment is made through the methods offered in the dashboard (SofizPay, BaridiMob). The Customer is notified in advance of any price change, effective from the following billing cycle.
The Customer may cancel the subscription at any time from the tenant_admin workspace; cancellation takes effect at the end of the already-paid period. LingoLab+ reserves the right to suspend an account in case of non-payment, misuse, or breach of these terms, after prior notice where possible.
Data entered by the Customer (students, classes, payments, attendance, documents) belongs to the Customer. Each institution is isolated from every other tenant on the platform: its data is never visible or accessible to another customer institution. The Customer remains solely responsible for the accuracy of the data it enters and for compliance with applicable regulations (e.g. protection of minors' data).
Access to the Service is protected by encrypted session authentication. LingoLab+ implements reasonable security and backup measures but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability: occasional interruptions for maintenance or technical incidents may occur, with a best-effort restoration.
The Service is intended for the administrative and pedagogical management of an educational institution. Any misuse (reselling the Service to a third party, attempting to access another tenant's data, fraudulent use of the payment modules) is strictly prohibited and results in immediate account suspension.
LingoLab+ provides the Service "as is" and commits to maintaining it diligently, without guaranteeing it is entirely error-free. LingoLab+ cannot be held liable for indirect losses (loss of business, data loss resulting from misuse by the Customer) nor for pedagogical or financial decisions made by the Customer based on data from the Service.
LingoLab+ may amend these terms to reflect changes to the Service or to applicable regulation. The Customer is notified via the dashboard or by email; continued use of the Service after notice constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
These terms are governed by Algerian law. Any dispute relating to their interpretation or execution falls under the jurisdiction of the courts competent for LingoLab+'s registered office.
